AMBLER — F. Marple “Nip” Ambler, 98, longtime resident of Cortland, N.Y., died Sept. 14, 2012, at the home of his daughter, Barbara, in Concord, Calif. Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Interment will be at the Cortland Rural Cemetery.
