HOBART — Justin E. Hobart, 92, of Rt. 281, Preble, N.Y., died Sept. 17, 2009, at Cortland Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Preble. Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Monday.
McALLISTER — Helen McAllister, 88, of Medina, N.Y., died Aug. 26, 2009. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Oct. 3 at First Unitarian Church, 220 Winton Rd. South, Rochester.
STARK — Joseph V. Stark, Sr., 78, of German, N.Y., died Sept. 17, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held at the K.L. Sharp Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. Burial, with military honors, will be in Westview Cemetery, German Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 5 to 7 p.m.
WALLING — Prudence A. Walling, 69, of Cortland, N.Y., died Sept. 18, 2009 at her home. Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 to 11 a.m.Tuesday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
WILLIAMS — Charlotte Ann Williams, 84, formerly of Homer and Groton, N.Y., died March 24, 2009. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Cemetery, Elmira, N.Y.

McCOY — Florence H. McCoy, 86, of Cortland, N.Y., died Sept. 15, 2009, in Cortland Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. Friends may call at the Spencer McCoy home 2530 Page Green Road from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday.
RAAB — William C. Raab of Palm City, Fla., died at Treasure Coast Hospice Inn on Aug. 15, 2009. Graveside services and interment will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Willow Glen Cemetery.

KIDD — Victor M. Kidd Sr., 73 of Long Road, Scott, N.Y., died Sept. 12, 2009. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home, 9 Lincoln Ave., Cortland. Interment will take place in the Scott Union Cemetery at a later date. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1-2:45 p.m. Saturday prior to the service.
KOSICKY — Joseph A. Kosicky, 89, of Sheds, N.Y., died Sept. 11, 2009. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Smith Funeral Home, DeRuyter, and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Lawrence Church. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight and 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
MILLER — Mekian Michael Miller, infant, died Sept. 10, 2009. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
WARNER — Wilhelmina R. “Willie” Warner, 94, of Groton, N.Y., died Sept. 13, 2009, at the Groton Nursing Facility. A memorial service will be held at a future date. Shurtleff Funeral Home of Groton has care of arrangements.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lakeview Baptist Church, 4602 Concord Highway, Monroe, N.C. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
AMES — Elizabeth “Scottie” Ames of Naples, Fla., died Sept. 11, 2009, at Cortland Regional Medical Center. At Scottie’s request, there will be no calling hours or funeral.
